Driehoek Wine sponsors the BEP

I have always been incredibly grateful for the support and enthusiasm which has been shown by the Driehoek family. Now even more so that Driehoek Wine have sponsored accommodation until March 2013. It will only be a short move from my previous accommodation sponsored by George van der Watt but moving to Driehoek is perfect for the Back Eagle Project - it is central to my research area and gives me the support of farm life.
Last year Driehoek's first harvest was released and rocketed to top of the SAA Wine Awards, with their 2011 Sauvignon Blanc winning 'white wine of the year'. As well as some of the highest altitude vineyards in South Africa, they have fully equipped self-catering chalets, wooden cabins and camping.
I hope that this year we will be able to host talks and hikes to look for Black eagles. Look forward to seeing you there...
